What is Notary Public?
Notary Public means a procedure of authentication of any documents. A notary public is duly appointed by the Governmentas public official to attest the documents.
What is a Gold Seal notary?
The use of gold seals along with a notary seal metal embosser on notarized document adds a significant professional quality to the document’s appearance. These enhancements may often be requested by the recipient of documents that will be used in other countries or jurisdictions.
Does a notary seal need to be embossed?
Yes in order to authenticate the attestation, the seal of every notary public shall be affixed by a seal press or stamp that will print or emboss a seal, which legibly reproduces under photographic methods the required elements of the seal.When notarizing, the seal must always imprint or emboss a photographically reproducible impression. We used an embosser in addition to the required photographically reproducible seal.
Handwrite their signature in ink, apply a stamp or seal showing their full name as it appears on their certificate of appointment and the province, district or territory in which they have been appointed. Indicate the act they performed (e.g. certifying a true copy) indicate the date on which they notarized the document.
